tatiana boyko

I saw a book cover Tatiana Boyko did for the 'jungle book'

I love the simplicity of just layering different coloured shapes but it creates really nice overlays and a sense of depth to give a feeling of being deep in the jungle. Seeing this inspired me to try layering the shapes and textures I've been making for OUIL505 on photoshop to create a jungle scene.

I like her other botanical work too, the use of black in the background adds depth and really makes the colours and patterns stand out.
